Specifications and Proposals Service
Our Specifications and Proposals Service includes a site visit, visual inspection, testing where required, and finally, preparation of a repairs proposal with a cost estimate and an offer to carry out the repairs.
A quality survey is the foundation for all future decisions about the structure. Well-made judgments for long-term solutions to the problems of Repairs & Rehabilitation and Waterproofing rely entirely on the correct diagnosis of the root causes of the problem.
Our Proposals Engineers are highly qualified and experienced in carrying out detailed visual surveys and testing. The type of structure, its location, the need for repairs, durability parameters, the purpose of repairs, budget, selection and evaluation of materials, application techniques, statutory requirements, post repair maintenance etc. are just a few of the many points that are kept in mind while approaching any job. This can save our clients significant sums of money by identifying the most economic and effective method of repairing the concrete.
Our detailed surveys are often used by Clients, Surveyors and Engineers as tendering documents, allowing the client to have realistic refurbishment costs without the fear of additional works spiralling out of control.
Project Execution
Once the survey, specifications and proposals are completed, BDS can operate as the Principal Contractor on both large and small projects, and complete the work as per specifications.
BDS undertakes contracts in any location in India and UAE, and has the necessary capability to manage on site and off site logistics and resource mobilization without any adverse impact on the project. We have the requisite equipment, tools and tackles, scaffolding etc to undertake several large projects simultaneously.

In any project, the on site handling of construction chemicals and products requiring highly specialized application techniques plays a vital role in the overall execution quality. The BDS on site team carefully analyses all such products, their application procedures, limitations, precautions required etc., and ensures that the workers who apply these products have the requite skill and training.
BDS does not compromise on safety, and invests in all requisite safety equipment and gear. Our safety officers have been trained at respected institutes like the National Institute of Fire Engineering. Their responsibility extends to both men and equipment. The company also ensures that adequate insurance cover is taken through the workers compensation insurance policy and CAR (contractors all risk) policy.
